Mictlan Builders is a family-owned glazing contractor based in El Dorado Hills. We install curtain walls, storefronts, entries, hardware, mirrors, and shower enclosures across Northern California — and we stand behind every joint we set.
Six trades under one roof. Everything on this list, we do in-house — from the field measure to the punch walk.
Multi-story aluminum-framed facade systems. Field-glazed or stick-built, installed to spec.
Ground-floor retail, office, and mixed-use frontage. Aluminum entries and framing systems.
Aluminum entries, closers, pivots, panics, locksets — installed, serviced, and adjusted.
Sliders and swing operators for commercial entries. Install, tune, and maintain.
Full-height wall mirrors, gym mirrors, custom-cut plate — measured and set clean.
Frameless and semi-frameless shower systems. CRL-FHC hardware, template to install.
Also: maintenance contracts — reseal, adjust, and replace on a schedule that keeps openings tight.
Recent projects, named and located. We add jobs as owners give us permission to publish.

A short scope sheet for architects and GCs. Everything below is installed in-house.
Systems and hardware we know well enough to spec, install, and service without a learning curve.
The Rojas family · El Dorado Hills
Mictlan Builders is a family operation. The name on the truck is the same name on the bids, and the same name that answers the phone when a joint needs a second look.
One family, one crew, one standard. No layers of sub-of-a-sub between you and the person setting the glass.
You get the owner's phone number on the walk. Bids come from us, punch comes from us, warranty comes from us.
Sealant fails eventually. Framing does not, if it was set right the first time.
Aztec name, modern trade — the discipline of people who know what it means for a wall to stand.
On-site walk of the opening, substrate, and access. You get a straight answer on whether we're the right crew for the scope.
Line-item bid with product cut sheets and clear inclusions. Sent as a PDF you can hand to your GC or owner.
Shop drawings, material ordered, crew scheduled. Updates from a real person, not a portal.
We back qualifying projects with a limited lifetime workmanship warranty — coverage most glazing contractors won't put in writing.

Attach a set, a spec, or a photo and the location. If we're the right fit for the scope, you'll hear from Juan directly.
